This reflective safety vehicle marking is purpose-built for high-visibility safety warning scenarios and is widely used to enhance fleet brand image and on-road conspicuity:
We support both screen printing and HP Latex digital printing. From raw material selection through to the finished marking, every step is carried out in strict accordance with international traffic safety standards, ensuring consistent reflectivity, color fastness and adhesion.
Spray bottle (clean water + a small amount of dish soap), squeegee, clean cloth, utility knife, hair dryer.
Clean the surface. Thoroughly remove oil and dust from the application area; keep it dry and free of debris.
Wet for lubrication. Lightly spray diluted soapy water on the vehicle surface to allow repositioning and prevent premature adhesion.
Position the film. Peel off the release liner, align the marking with the target position and lay it flat.
Squeegee out water & bubbles. Working from the center outward, squeegee evenly to expel all water and air bubbles.
Trim & form edges. Use a hair dryer on low heat to soften corners, press into place, and trim excess edges with a utility knife.
Cure. Avoid washing, rain and direct sun exposure for 24 hours after installation so the adhesive fully bonds.
Avoid applying in low temperatures (below 10°C), direct intense sun, or windy / dusty conditions.
Do not stretch or pull the reflective film forcefully — deformation or adhesive failure will impair reflectivity.
If bubbles appear, do not tear the film; pierce a small hole with a needle to release air, then squeegee flat.
Keep fluorescent film surfaces away from prolonged contact with strong acids / alkalis. Clean with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth.
