Our graphic films use high-grade weather-resistant PVC materials and UV-stable inks. Depending on film grade and application environment: calendered products have an outdoor vertical lifespan of approximately 1–4 years; cast products can reach 7–10 years. Adding a professional overlaminate further extends color life, ensuring no fading, embrittlement, or cracking.
Cast vs. Calendered: Which should I choose?

Cast films have no residual internal stress, offering excellent flexibility and dimensional stability – ideal for long-term outdoor projects (7–10 years), full vehicle wraps, and complex curved surfaces. Calendered films are more cost-effective, suitable for short-to-medium term projects (1–4 years), flat or slightly curved surfaces such as indoor wall graphics, flat billboards, and window decals. What is the MCS Warranty?

MCS (Matched Component System) is a systematic quality assurance system for high-performance graphic films.
