  • 1. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and sampling lead time?
    We support a flexible Low MOQ starting at just 1 piece for custom digital printing and laser/plotter die-cutting, eliminating inventory barriers during R&D validation. Standard existing material swatches are free of charge (dispatched within 24h), while custom functional prototypes according to your CAD drawings take 48–72 hours.
  • 3. What file formats do you require for custom die-cutting and printing?

    For fastest tooling and prepress setup, please send vector or CAD files in .AI, .PDF, .EPS, .DXF, .DWG, or .STEP format with fonts converted to outlines and a 1.5–2.0 mm bleed area. If you only have a physical sample or rough sketch, our ODM engineering team will draft the precision CAD dieline for your sign-off within 24 hours.

  • 5. What is your warranty and defective replacement policy?
    Every shipment includes a Lot Traceability Code and outgoing QC report. If any delivered batch deviates from your signed-off golden sample or CAD tolerance, we provide a formal 8D corrective report within 24 hours and execute an unconditional free remake or credit. Certified 3M™ reflective graphics also carry up to a 10-year outdoor durability warranty.
