Fleet logo decals are printed using HP Latex or UV technology for sharp detail and long-term color stability. After printing, graphics are laminated with 3M cast overlaminate and precision-cut on advanced flatbed or roll-fed cutters. Each order is packaged by vehicle to simplify fleet installation.
Measuring tape, masking tape, squeegee, spray bottle with soapy water, utility knife, heat gun.
Measure and mark. Use masking tape to mark the exact position of each logo element on the vehicle.
Clean thoroughly. Wash and degrease the area with isopropyl alcohol; dry completely.
Apply with transfer tape. Remove the backing, position the decal using the tape hinge method, and squeegee from the centre outward.
Remove transfer tape. Peel slowly at a shallow angle to ensure all fine details stay attached.
Heat-seal edges. Apply gentle heat to edges and around body seams to activate adhesive and prevent lifting.
Final inspection. Check alignment, bubbles and edge adhesion before moving to the next vehicle.
Use the same installation temperature range (15°C–30°C) across all vehicles for consistent adhesion.
Allow 48 hours before washing or waxing.
Store unused decals flat in a cool, dry place.
