Product Introduction
Our Custom Partial Fleet Wrap Graphics deliver maximum visual impact on the high-visibility areas of your vehicles without the cost of a full wrap. Printed on premium 3M, ORAFOL or Avery Dennison cast vinyl and finished with 3M 8518 gloss, 8520 matte or 8528 UV overlaminate, these graphics transform truck sides, van panels and tailgates into powerful mobile billboards.
Engineered for easy installation and long-term durability, partial wraps cover the most exposed and readable surfaces of your fleet while leaving factory paint visible on lower sections. This approach is ideal for logistics companies, service fleets and contractors who want professional branding at a lower investment than full vehicle coverage.

We use industrial HP Latex printers with original latex inks for crisp, photo-realistic output. After printing, every graphic is laminated with 3M Scotchcal cast overlaminate to seal the ink layer against abrasion, chemicals and UV degradation. Graphics are then precision-cut to your template and delivered ready for installation.
Spray bottle with soapy water, squeegee, heat gun or hair dryer, clean lint-free cloth, utility knife, masking tape.
Clean and prep. Wash the target area thoroughly with mild detergent, then wipe with isopropyl alcohol to remove wax, oil and contaminants. Dry completely.
Dry-fit positioning. Hold the graphic in place with masking tape to confirm alignment before removing the liner.
Wet application. Spray a light mist of diluted soapy water on the surface and the adhesive side of the graphic for repositioning.
Apply and squeegee. Starting from the centre, smooth the graphic outward with a squeegee to push out water and air bubbles.
Heat and seal edges. Use low heat along edges, seams and recessed areas to activate conformability and ensure strong adhesion.
Cure. Avoid washing or waxing for 48 hours after installation.
Install at temperatures between 15°C and 30°C for best adhesion.
Do not overstretch cast vinyl during application.
Use edge seal tape on exposed cut edges for maximum durability in harsh environments.
